I am "Soke" Dr. Benson Campbell, director/lead instructor at Kokoro-Bushi-Do Kempo Karate Inc. A 501c3 Non-Profit organization filed and registered in the state of Ga. Since 2003 and based our of Gwinnett County (Metro Atlanta). We use martial arts as a vehicle to teach, train and empower  individuals (male & female) ages 6-up with. Hope; so they don't give up! Faith; to overcome life challenges both mental and physical! Love; the power and ablility to do, initiate action from a positive source and base (Self-Control~Self-Protection~ Self-Development)! As a result establishing (Strong~Safe~Secure) Communities..... Our out reach programs are at the Boys & Girls club of Metro Atlanta, Gwinnett community facilities in Lilburn and Norcross as well  Golden Rules Christian Academy in Lawrenceville. We also offer (FREE) Training Seminars to bring awareness to the community and get them engaged. Many who need our services of course can't afford a fee. We hope that you will support our mission with a contribution enabling us to continue to offer and help the youth community in (Metro Atlanta). "Soke" Dr. Campbell met with staff and 35-50 or more teens from 2pm.-3pm @ the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta. got their feedback on our program asked a number of questions and allowed them to share their point of view about the martial arts and what it means to them. The objective was to build a stronger relationship with the teens and let them know that our program is there for them and mainly design for them and the mental and physical challenges that  they face. The goal was to talk with them, not at them. A lot of point  of views were shared from both male and females the tens were very much engaged. There comments were very interesting. In closing we passed out post card flyers to the teens to stay connected with us and to know even if they don't participate in our program that our door is always open for mentoring. The 1st June Teenth Celebration At The Gwinnett Braves Stadium. Went Well Today, The Rain Held Off And It Was A Nice Turn Out. A Lot Of Good Talent Was Displayed. "Soke" Dr. Benson Campbell Assisted By Senior Student Owen Dean Had The Pleasure Of Demonstrating Kokoro-Bushi-Do Kempo Karate. This Will Be A Yearly Event And We Look Forward To Being Invited Back Next Year. Pictures Of The Event Will Be Posted Soon!

We did presentations at the Boys & Girls Club last night 5-17-11 and tonight 5-18-11 to kick off summer sessions. We had 15 to join our program adding too the 25 we already have.

"Soke" Dr. Benson Campbell did about a 20 to 30 minute interview with Jacquiline H. Walker the host of "Clean Free Fun" on Blog Talk Radio. He talk about the FREE "Self-Protection" Seminars that we are offering to the community. It was a great opportunity, we greatly appreciate Jacquiline for bringing us on and bringing exsposure to the FREE "Self-Protection" seminars we are offering the community. "Soke" Dr. Benson campbell  also had the opportunity too share a few good pointers that could be use to prevent being a victm of a attack.
