Self-Protection 4 All; This seminar is for all ages and genders. The focus is on identifying threats and potential threats to your safety and security. How to avoid them and if face with them. How to overcome them. A very real, efficient and practical approach to keeping you and your love ones safe and secure.
Bully Proof 4 The Youth; This seminar is for the youth and all the challenges they face today with bullying, both mental and physical. The focus is to teach them principles that they can meditate on that gives them the victory internally over depression, oppression, condemnation, low self-esteem, low self-worth and a lack of confidence. Physically they learn to be protectors by being trained in techniques that equip them to overcome any physical attack.
Women Self-Protection; This seminar is for females ages 11 & Up. The focus is on identifying threats and potential threats to women safety and security. How to avoid them and if face with them how to overcome them. A very real, efficient and practical approach to keeping you safe and secure.
