Kokoro-Bushi-Do (KBD) Kempo Karate(Holistic) was founded in 1997 by Soke´ Dr. Benson Campbell, Internationally recognized Hall of Famer & Founder/Head Master/Chief Instructor of Kokoro-Bushi-Do Kempo Karate, Inc. Kokoro-Bushi-Do Kempo Karate Inc. is a Official (501c3) Martial Arts Community Organization(Humanitarian-Grassroots-Outreach) filed & registered in the state of Georgia since 2003.
Kokoro-Bushi-Do meaning "SPIRIT WARRIOR WAY" takes it's roots from the original martial arts of Okinawa where the Principles, Philosophies & Techniques of China & Japan, blended with that of Okinawa. Kokoro-Bushi-Do Kempo Karate meaning "SPIRIT WARRIOR WAY" Kempo Karate is the way of Harmony & Survival.
Our focus is Self-Control & Self Protection of the individual. Our Principles & Philosophy are Biblically supported. Our Concepts, Methods & Techniques are base out of China, Okinawa & Japan with the addition of Korean, Indonesian, Brazilian, African, Philippines & Thailand. We train for all the ranges of combat, with an Internal & External focus by embracing both Hard & Soft techniques as well as Linear & Circular motion. Kokoro-Bushi-Do (KBD)... focuses on the whole Being (Spirit, Mind & Body). The Balance of the Being. We teach you to identify the Attacker or Predator at each level of your Being and give you the Knowledge, Tools & Training to overcome the attacker in any given situation. At any Given time. We don't Fight, that's to come down to the attackers level... We Control-Overcome situations, We Survive!
Kokoro-Bushi-Do (KBD)... has implemented modifications for modern day Life & all Teachings, Principles & Philosophies are in support of the Bible (Hope, Faith & Love). Kokoro-Bushi-Do (KBD)... is a discipline that focuses on Harmony & Survival. Harmony is emphasized by teachings of Our Holistic Life Skills Principles, Spirit Warrior Creed, Code of Honor & Prayer. Survival is emphasized by the practice of a full range of protection techniques such as kicking, striking, take downs/throws, standing/ground grappling & weapons.. KBD also focuses on building a strong sense of awareness. The "HOLISTIC COMMUNITY LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION PROGRAMS" that KBD offers consist of rank levels which gives the student/participant the opportunity to achieve the full potential & harmony of the Being(Spirit, Mind & Body). Also giving the student/participant the opportunity to learn Self-Protection techniques to Overcome and Defeat any form of Attack...by an Attacker/Predator.
Levels of rank to be achieve includes:
White/Beginner, Orange/Intermediate, Green/Advance, Brown/Senior & Black/Teacher. These ranks will be supported with a Chevron Patch/Stripe
& Internationally recognized Certificate of Achievement. Student of the
Month & Student Acknowledgement Certificates/Awards and Patches can be earned as
well.

Our Mission is to Establish Strong, Safe, Secure Community through Holistic Divine Practical Self-Accountable Teaching-Training of ManKind-Humanity... By using martial arts as a vehicle to teach, train and empower the individual (Male & Female) ages 5-Up and in some cases ages as young as 3 & 4 with HOPE, so they don't give up! FAITH, to overcome life challenges emotionally, mental and physical! Divine LOVE, the power and ablility to do, initiate action from a positive source-base (Holistic Self-Development<>Self-Protection<>Health & Wellness)! As a result Establishing (Strong<>Safe<>Secure)

We offer high quality Teaching & Training at a very low due & in many cases no due at all. We don't even entertain the thought of turning anyone away. We don't like to see that as an option. Many who need our services are those who can't afford it at a Low Due or a Due at all. Any amount that you can give to support our ability to continue offering these much needed services to the Community of Mankind-Humanity, will be used for that purpose and received with Genuine-Sincere-Authentic Heartfelt Gratitude.
